HOW IT WORKS...
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION CALL
Schedule a 30 minute consultation call. Consultations allow me to assess your needs, decide which services best suit you, craft your experience to your expectations, and get started immediately!
STEP 2: SIGN HIRING CONTRACT AND PAY INITIAL RETAINER
After you agree to move forward, I'll discuss my fees. I don't work from travel commissions; my goal is to give you a fantastic experience coupled with great pricing. To do this I discontinued working on commission based pay and decided to provide my services for a flat fee. This option is best for both parties because it allows me the necessary time to really develop your perfect trip details.
STEP 3: VACATION QUOTE PRESENTATION
Once the initial retainer is paid, it takes 7 business days to create your vacation quote, unless I state otherwise. After it's created, I'll schedule a time with you to go over the quote. We'll review your vacation plans together and if you have questions or modifications we address them.
STEP 4: SECURE YOUR VACATION!
After deciding to move forward with the quote and when you or your group is ready to pay their initial deposit, we schedule a payment date, and everyone in your group pays their retainer along with their deposit. The retainer fee does not apply to the trip and is nonrefundable. Once your guests make their deposits, your payment collection, announcements, and vacation preparation are seamless and automated so you can focus on important things... like choosing fabulous swimwear!

- Its similar to a gift card for booking hotel stays EXCEPT that it can only cover a portion of the stay (usually 10-50% off the lowest online price, depending on the hotel and length of stay)
